Payment: Note the prices shown are U.S. dollars. We can't process credit cards. (Our experience is that concealed cash is very safe in the U.S. Mail.). Shipping and handling: For U.S. destinations add $4.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. For Canadian destinations add $8.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item for airmail letter post.
