Holiday Rental in WalesThe Coach House, Llanfwrog, Ruthin, N. Wales The Coach House is where Ianto grew up and where his mother lived for 50 years until she passed away in 2004. It originally belonged to the Woodlands Hall nearby, and housed the Coach belonging to the owner. The Hall is now a Restaurant, and it is within walking distance; there is a large prestigious static caravan park in the grounds of the Hall, which is totally separate from the Coach House. The Coach House is set in 1-1/2 acres of rambling garden, and boasts outstanding views over the Vale of Clwyd 2 miles to the medieval market town of Ruthin, and close to the Clocaenog Forest. There are wonderful walks around the area, and only 40 minutes drive to Chester, the North Wales Coast or Snowdonia. Self Catering Accommodation sleeps up to 8 (including hide-a-bed). : 3 bed room cottage, 2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds and bathroom upstairs. Linen provided including some towels. Ground floor - large lounge, with open fire and T.V.; dining room with open fire and T.V.; kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine & microwave, plus usual kitchen utensils and there is a separate toilet downstairs also (Clothes dryer situated in garage). There is a Stair Lift in this property. Coal and logs on premises. Electricity included in fee, including storage heaters in winter months. A cot and/or high chair are available upon request. New renting - available mid July onwards. Introductory offer - £400 a week until end October, £250 a week thereafter. Short breaks available.
